Shipping & Refund PolicyEffective 01/01/02 TAX NY State Residents are responsible for 8.25% State tax on all purchases and shipping costs. RETURNS -
REFUNDS: All shipping costs and FREE shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within the continental United States of America. Items shipped outside the continental USA (ie. Alaska & Hawaii) will be charged for additional shipping costs. If shipping your purchase outside the continental USA, please call before purchasing to attain all additional costs from our friendly customer service agents.
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All
items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You
must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If
you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your

for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in
receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may cancel an order prior to
processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 5% cancellation
fee. You must send an email to us at Gregg Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped.
