They are designed in 1" to 1' scale, so most miniature furniture and accessories fit perfectly. Each New Concept Collectiont dollhouse is now available with your choice of exterior wall finish. Choose either Smooth Plywood or Milled MDF exterior walls. Our exclusive milled finish has a 3/8" clapboard profile milled directly into the surface of the walls. Milled walls provide the easiest and quickest way to assemble a dollhouse with clapboard siding because it's built-in and ready to paint. Smooth Plywood kits that made New Concept Collection Dollhouses famous allow you to create a custom exterior finish. Landscaping and furniture are not included.
The Hillcrest The Hillcrest is a variation of The Montpelier, but includes a Gingerbread Front Porch with gazebo porch end, and a spacious side addition. It is over 4 feet wide! (Shutters in picture are not included in kit) Simple unpainted assembly and solid construction. The Hillcrest dollhouse is a house that might have graced the farmland of one of the successful farming families so much a part of our American Heritage. Plenty of room and the highest quality.
