They are designed in 1" to 1' scale, so most miniature furniture and accessories fit perfectly. Each New Concept Collection dollhouse is now available with your choice of exterior wall finish. Choose either Smooth Plywood or Milled MDF exterior walls. Our exclusive milled finish has a 3/8" clapboard profile milled directly into the surface of the walls. Milled walls provide the easiest and quickest way to assemble a dollhouse with clapboard siding because it's built-in and ready to paint. Smooth Plywood kits that made New Concept Collection Dollhouses famous allow you to create a custom exterior finish. Landscaping and furniture are not included.
